I tried that Bikram Yoga at STRETCH and it was excellent. Done in 42 degrees of heat for 90 minutes. OUCH! When you finish your heart feels like it is bursting out of your chest! Unfortunately the timings were not convenient for me so I had to stop. Would love to find something similar though. Smoggie

He was treated differently to her. she is deported and has to live with the stigma of that. She has already served way more than 30 days.
