Customer service is generally appauling here. My theory is there is general high turnover of staff meaning a lack of experience and product knowledge. As i mentioned earlier that from all this story and negotiations wat mattered for me isnt wether 2 have the holiday or not. But i beileved that if holiday is applicable it should be for all and no exceptions.
