The rule has not been explained properly: Cars over 10 years old can be bought and sold and the registration transferred...but only in the emirate of original registration. So you cannot sell your 10 year old car to someone in Abu Dhabi if its registered in Dubai. This is classified as an export. S...

My question is how is the working condition in this place ?, is it really far from the actual Dubai District, carama, bur ? Where is the best/nearest place to stay when you are working in DOZ ? nation's language..

not about a trip to florida or CA....

buying a property in florida or CA

keep on hearing that they are just throwing it away

went with my mates to al ain, all the way from dubai and with that huge huge roundabouts almost everywhere and following the Town Centre sign boards to reach jabel hafeet but it was crowded and barred us to enter, then went to ain ul faidha and came back to dubai... nowhere to go over there, it was ...

went to JBR, sat in Da Shi Dai, ambiance was quite good and
most of all the value is very very reasonable, not at all posh then walked at the walk

chilling air and the breeze was quite excellent.

Abu Dhabi and Dubai have their own advantages and disadvantages,
one may like to live there and one may not....some people may consider
sharjah and also go farther...its their preference..
