I had the Sitecom IT support guy at my place for a few hours but couldn't solve the problem... so I gave up that brand and refunded the router. I might give Belkin router a go... You will not find any decent apartments or villas for AED3,000 per month, in actual fact you won't even be able to find a decent room for that price.

I am not the most up to date with the rental market, but in my opinion your budget would only get you a studio in International City or a small 1-bedroom. You can forget about Arabian Ranges with that allowance... however sharing may be an option for you. Re your budget: DEWA - about right Groceries...
