Hi there, I was searching and heard that internet is monitored there, I wanted to know to what extent, and how its done? Would I get in trouble for going to a chat site there? Does SKYPE work? Almost all internet connections here go through the Etisalat proxy - sole service provider. This filters the contents/sites. I'm not too sure about skype but myspace is blocked. Messenger and irc works fine. I actually use myspace for one of my small businesses. That's REALLY annoying. Do you know ...
