Re: So Where Are The Trans-national 'other' Al-Qaedas?

Herve, you come to this forum to try to convince Muslims how terrible they are. A bit daft really. Spot on. As for eh's comment to explain his denial of the reasons given for WTC 93, let me repeat: It seems strange to construct elaborate logic hoops to explain why the reasons given did NOT mention ...

Re: If Circumcision Is 'logical', Why Isn't Genital Sewing?

Thanks for allowing me to use scripture for the primary reason for circumcision. Are you going to steadfastly ignore that the secondary reasons make the decision logical? Now, explain to me again why YOU believe God was circumcised, and are arguing here that Muslims and Jews are dumb for allowing it...

Re: Logic And Religion/Faith

Hey, I understand why you're running away from the discussion now - you've been punked. At best, you now seem to be saying 'Oh, only some scholars have a logical explanation - but I'm going to ignore them'.. :D But you can't hide from this question eh: Now, by contrast, we await your logic for the B...

Re: So Where Are The Trans-national 'other' Al-Qaedas?

I'm glad we agree. It is very strange for me to be criticised for not following your logic and rather quoting the reasons actually given for the WTC 93 attack - i.e. that they were ONLY about US foreign policy. Nothing about Shia etc in the reasons he gave for that attack. I thought it was an excell...

Re: If Circumcision Is 'logical', Why Isn't Genital Sewing?

Sorry, I'm not sure you explained your logic clearly for opposing a procedure that you believe God underwent Himself. Please run that by me again. You do believe God was circumcised, but you still think that Jews and Muslims are dumb for doing this. Is this just another one of your illogical beliefs...

Re: Logic And Religion/Faith

Thanks, now we've had your sarcasm towards Muslim logic, let's hear your Christian logic for the Biblical commandment that you need to wash after touching a chair.

This should be interesting.

Re: So Where Are The Trans-national 'other' Al-Qaedas?

No, young one, it is not about what ' I think ' - but rather what the terrorist said were the reasons. You are the one constructing logic hoops to justify your denial that the reasons given for WTC 93 were ONLY US foreign policy. Brievik, on the other hand, did indeed give his reasons for his terror...

Re: So Where Are The Trans-national 'other' Al-Qaedas?

So eh - if Brievik is not a Christian Fundamentalist Terrorist, despite calling himself a Christian Crusader - because you think he is misusing the term Christian to refer to cultural values as opposed to religious values. Is that right? But he does share your views about Islam though, doesn't he? H...

I think it is clear you think WTC 93 was carried out for religious reasons eh. The point is that the reason the terrorist gave does not agree with your belief. Re: If Circumcision Is 'logical', Why Isn't Genital Sewing?

I'm not asking about Jesus and food. I'm asking for YOUR logic concerning God being circumcised, and then calling Muslim and Jews 'dumb' for carrying out this procedure. Your non-answer is indeed unfathomable as an answer to this question. (And trying your best to ignore that we do have logical prim...

Re: So Where Are The Trans-national 'other' Al-Qaedas?

And Brievik? He's an Islamophobe who calls himself a Christian Crusader - so does that make him an Islamophobic Terrorist who calls himself Christian? Simple question. (I see you struggling with logic again concerning WTC 93 - keep it simple and read what motives the terrorist gave for the attack, a...

Re: So Where Are The Trans-national 'other' Al-Qaedas?

kanelli - oh, don't get me wrong - I do consider Yousef to be a Muslim extremist, he did after all go after non-Wahabi muslims. I also consider Bin Laden to be a Muslim extremist too. Brievik is a Christian extremist (with a warped view of Christianity), Goldstein is a Jewish extremist. But the spec...

So Shaf, are essentially saying that religion contributes by creating increased feelings of loyalty toward a kindred community... Well, the point is kanelli these 3 particular terrorists didn't take to heart that they had to attack all things non-Islamic, they had specific gripes about the Danish cartoons. Re: So Where Are The Trans-national 'other' Al-Qaedas?

I agree - those few who are using religion as an excuse for violence are indeed a problem for Muslims.

Humans find excuses for violence, religion is one of many.

Recent history has also shown that fabricating or hyping an enemy has its uses too. ;)

The 'Jewish Terror' yeshiva in occupied Palestine is still making the news. Re: So Where Are The Trans-national 'other' Al-Qaedas?

Interesting non-answer to the question posed. Did you misread the question? It was quite simple. Is it really that hard to admit the stark reality that 'yes, Brievik is indeed an Islamophobic terrorist who calls himself a Christian Crusader'? A bit too close to home is it, given you agree with his I...

Re: Can We Call It Islamic Terrorism?

Bloggers are free to label terrorists as they like. Baroch Goldstein is clearly a religiously motivated terrorist - one that crossed borders to go and kill in Palestine. He killed his victims BECAUSE of his religious views, on a Jewish feast day. He was therefore a Jewish Religious Terrorist. Tim Mc...

eh - the article linked to doesn't mention apostacy or Holocaust. Why don't you tell us from which loon web site you got this from? Why would a poet be declared an apostate for pro-Israel poems? Sounds dodgy to me.
