Concs when you are on the Sharjah road the exit to Al Dhaid actually says Central and Eastern region (with no mention of Fujeirah) From there after there will be signs and you go through al Dhaid. To go through the Friday Market you need to follow the signs to MASAFI and ignore the signs to Al Aqah....
