yeah i agree it is the worst bank ever! 1)When I first got my ATM card, it was delivered without a PIN. had to go to the branch to request one. Despite their claim that the PIN is already in the branch, I could only get it after 3 weeks (imagine how many times i had to visit the branch without luck)...
