Its kind of obvious that exercise wont make you lose your weight. In the end its all comes down to eating habits and if one wants to lose weight then its all about calorie deficit (with which exercise will help). All you have to do is exercise and eat clean. The body shape will hence come on its own...

Well, I've seen a video about a type of glass which never gets dirty (even water droplets dont stick on it).

Regarding Pakistani food:

Barbecue Delights is awesome. Located near Lamcy Bur dubai and JBR Walk. Grill items are the specialty here. Buffet is great!

Handi 'Wrap and Roll' in Al Barsha is also good...especially the naan I really love their Chicken Handi Boneless.
