here is one practise that worked for me well. not always, but it usually does work. when you think of that person, you give yourself a task: do this, think about that, engage yourself in somthing. after some time you'll be giving less and less tasks to yourself, because you will just forget thinking...

I always say, its never the fault of the one asking, but of the one giving. The Brits didn’t want to do “dirty” plumbing work, agricultural work and so on for peanut money, so they opened their borders for the Polish, Slovak, Ukrainian, Check, etc who came and did the work for them. Same in the UAE....
