You can still get addicted to them and they can still kill you, as can drugs that you can freely buy over the counter from most pharmacies. You can't compare smoking and alcohol with drugs!!!!!!...

If we take into account drunk driving, family violance, assaults... alcohol is on the first place in many countries... It's really the biggest problem as up to 30% of men are addicted there.....
