i would like to ask if it would be possible that my brother in law who is in culinary arts, do apprentice in any hotel there in dubai. he needs 200 hours to complete the entire course...please give advice about this matter

i am processing my papers right now for a dubai tourist visa. im planning to look for work there. do u think i can easily get work in there when i arrive? or i need to look for job vacancies as early as now so when i get there, i can have that work by then...please suggest a website wherein it offer...
