Traveling from Dubai to Kosovo

Hello,
I want to travel to Pristine, Kosovo, but, unfortuanely it seems that there is no embassy for Kosovo in UAE yet.
I searched for an airline company that has a trips to Kosovo that may help me out to get/apply for a visa, also, I failed to find one. Any help?

Residence visa for Syrians

I'm Syrian, on visit visa, my work visa refused 6 times due to the nationality, any body would help me out? :(
