Will I get NOC?
I have worked for a company for 2 1/2 years. Is is eazy for me to get NOC from this company and transfer my visa to a new company which has offered me?, will i get any ban from this company?

Regarding problem in black listed name for new visa
Hi, I have a recently canceled my DIC visa, My new company in dubai is trying hard to get a residence visa but it is not getting approved, they say that my name is in the black listed names so it is getting rejected, what is the solution to this? Will I be able to get a residence visa? Regards, Yousuf
