I am moving to Dubai from Northern Ireland (UK) at the end of next month does anyone have any rules of thumb for getting ready 4 moving??

not a big selection of foods in in ireland barr the potatoe, will i have any problems in dubai.
have to say i love spicey food.

also

i have never done any water sports will it take long to pick them up and actually what type of water sports are there

with all that food choice i do believe a regular visit to the gym will be required if i am going to keep myself in this good shape.
