Heading to Dubai with my fiance in June, we are staying in the same hotel room, is that legal since we are not married yet?

Thanks for all the information to everyone who posted. My brother and his wife have decided to come too so if I swap rooms with my brother and stay with his wife at night would that make it ok? Sorry if i'm trying peoples patience with these questions.
