I think that as long as the person undergoing the test makes sure he/she is driving safely, and in the process complying with basic rules of driving then they should pass.

But there IS something about the road tests here...

I think some restaurants stay open during ramadan before sunset (the time when Muslims break their fast)... But they need to get licence/authorization from the DM (Dubai Municipality), and they must make sure there are no windows or way for people outside to see in

Jumeirah Beach road was my favorite road, cruising there was always great.
