I could not find anything sensible less than 110 or 120k (unfurnished) per year.... and nothing for eight months. Greens and Deira you can find... I found nice furnished (shared) Villa apartment from Jumeira with facilities ... I'm happy - it's bit expensive (thus less than budget i mentioned) - goo...
