Mel, I guess no one reported my posts to Andyba. I highly doubt he'd have given me a free pass if there were many reports about my posts. I agree though, that my conduct deserved a suspension. This time I got off lucky, but I don't plan on doing anything else to gain a suspension or ban in the future.

If they have no evidence of you having the money on your person, or a bank deposit of that sum, or sudden spending of that sum, and more importantly no witness or video of you stealing - they don't have much of a case. Your friend's accusation is only words.

If the student already has permission to reside in Dubai through parents etc., there isn't anything stopping the student from approaching a company and asking them to consider an unpaid internship. That wouldn't be breaking any rules.
