Isn't it a bit of a cultural and age difference? I notice more men with facial hair here, whereas in my culture less men have facial hair. However, there is also an age difference. Many older men in my culture like to have facial hair while the younger ones tend to go clean-shaven.

There are lots of them. Most likely your obstetrician's clinic or hospital offers them and they are conducted by midwives. Give your clinic and/or hospital a ring and ask for the contact info.

It is great that you are thinking about your wife, because as a woman I too would be quite uncomfortable trying to come and go and make use of building perks like the gym or pool (if it has those) if there is a disproportionate number of single and lonely males around.
