In many parts of the world initiative is an absolute must - and employees are not deemed valuable without it. However, in other parts of the world dictatorship style is the norm and workers are supposed to follow orders only.

I have a feeling that Canadian stats would show similiar results for its native peoples. Very sad! There are so many factors involved, but definitely drugs, drinking and depression is what is stifling the young people in those communities.

I'm PMing the guy and he says he makes new accounts every day. He makes it sound like it doesn't take a lot of his time, but it obviously does. I'm waiting on his answer for what his beef is with this forum.
