Man, that's actually pretty scarey. A guy just got convicted in the UK for spreading HIV knowingly to women. Also the horrid thing is you'd have to wait six months to find out if you've become infected, they'd do an initial test then you have to go back six months later, that's torture enough in it...

Don't know if you saw this article in 7 days, but attendants at Emarat petrol stations, say the company regularly performs strip searches to make sure they're not keeping any tips given to them. What the hell?!!! If I want to give these poor guys who work all day in the sun and gas fumes the couple...

We are considering purchasing office space soon around the 5th interchange in Dubai. Does anyone have any expereinces or know anything about this (is it actually freehold or a lease, how are maintenance and other hidden expenses like)?

Can anybody tell me how much a share taxi ride will cost from sharjah to dubai? i guess hiring taxi daily is not very cost effective. If you take a regular taxi, from Sharjah to Jumeriah it will cost about 55 AED one way. If you share a taxi, the taxis aint as nice with questionable passengers :). ...

I dont knoe about you guys but I think even the 15% cap is too liberal! I mean, it really shouldnt be more than 3-5% per year. Not 15%. So if your rent, for example is 50,000 now, in say 3 years it will be 76,000, an increas eof almost 52%!! That's lunacy over the long term!
