Since I arrived here, i was curious why vegetable is pronounce as
ve gi table? is it because when you abbreviate it is called veggies?

and how bout ruler....why is it called a scale here?

and i thought when my officemate ask me about where's her scale...i thought she has a weighing scale in the office...
