Thank you for your quick answer. What about the fact that it's a diesel car? Any problem with pollution standarts? Regarding service, I should manage to find a non official dealer to make the main things on it... I mean I like this car because I own it for a long time that's why I try to do this. O...

You tip the car wash guys at Emarat/Eppco? There are like 10 of them working on each car.

Dhs 7k for just a room seems excessive for a building with no amenities. All you're paying for is the location, it seems. Complete 1-bed flats in all-new International City are going for 50k a year.

What people do is give post-dated cheques, split into two or more cheques.

A range of 1000-15,000 dhs is more accurate, top schools may pay a bit more. Western international english speaking schools are 5k-15k. Indian/Arabic schools...

Ok - you only get the 20% discount on calls to your nominated country. But in order to get that privilege you then pay more for normal calls in the UAE and more for SMS's in UAE and internationally. It would only work if you were calling one country all the time. A normal call is now 24 fils per mi...

To reduce travel costs, one could use a Toyota Yaris. A Segway doesn't have the range or the a/c.
