I have doubts it will remain glitch-free beyond the warranty period. Besides, Skoda dealer maintenance is expensive. A guy with a Fabia told me some services go up to Dhs 900! :shock:

pretty much every car has issues. Its not surprising.


Engine issues in modern cars cannot be dismissed easily, especially when a company has been developing the same motor for years.

I have a 20-year-old car, but I seriously doubt your 1959 will pass the safety/emissions test here. A dude once emailed me saying he was having trouble getting his entire classic car collection (70s Mercs, 60s something, etc) registered in Dubai. Unless maybe your car is modded with emissions stuff?...
