I am a female, mechanical engineer, who is looking for a job in Dubai. I do speak, English, French and Arabic.

My friend is looking for a job as a waiter in the hotel in Dubai. My friend has more than 10 years experience as a waiter in the United states.

Hi Goudroutlie, Try websites like Gulftalent, Bayt, CharterHouse,etc. In my opinion , your best bet is with Bayt. Apart from that, check JebelAli Freezone and Dubai Internet city. Sorry to say this...but it is really a bad time to look for jObs in the UAE...dont be disheartened...they are out there...

think its a typo and should read "Im sure it wouldn't be hard for him to find a job here as a waiter" plenty of work around, but don't expect great pay. most waiters and restaurant staff get less than 1,000 USD per month - normally in the region of 750 USD. Hmm, that`s pretty cheap! Thanks
