Hi everyone.
we are new to dubai and are having problems finding a car lift company to bring my son home from school.

anyone any ideas?

Im basicaly living in dubai marina.
I need my son picked up for 2.30 sun-wed
and 12.45 on thur....from dubai english speaking school.

There is a bus company but they dont come near the marina.
and i cant drive.

any help would be appreciated

a friend of mine does this run every 60 days.
I myself will have to do this.

Apparantley you can get a taxi to the border.
hang around for an hour and return.
a good idea is to make a weekend of it.

I may be able to help on question 1. as far as i am aware..you can change your name on the visa if you have the Marriage certificate. Then you need to get it attested(correct spelling??)by the Ministry of forieghn affairs in your homeland. then you re apply for your visa.. thats sort off what happen...

Erm....you can book a certain company begining with M..(im sure someone will know the name)but they meet you of the plane and fast track u through customs/even collect your bag.
I would recomend using them and packing IT in the big suitcase.
