14,000 per month is enough to get yourself in trouble. Have a look in Gulf News classifieds for rents. Those are actual prices and you should pan to pay more than what you see in the paper. Figure a few months between deciding to move and making the jump, well in Dubai rents will go up in that time....

I would choose to get ABS in a car in any country.
Do you need ABS more in Dubai than other places? because of no rain and snow, maybe not. But I would always like to stop a few meters earlier in an emergency while not locking the wheels and sliding around.
