Has anyone else seen Paris Hilton in Dubai last Thursday??
I thought I saw her crossing the street from the Maria Bonita side. If it wasn't her, it was clearly somebody who went to her same plastic surgeon.
And their employees are really smart and helpfull. I asked yesterday if they had the mobile I liked but without the arabic keyboard and the assistant told me that I might find that in Europe.
I would have never thought that. I am really grateful to her.
Dubai is the best place if you are not interested in history, in walking in the streets, walking at all, going to traditional old stores, nice (mild) weather, art, culture, anything other than malls with the same stores you find anywhere else in the world,....so if you want something complete differ...
Thanks for your suggestions.
I will try Karama, even though the only thought of walking around Karama, not knowing a particular place, makes me feel exhausted already, as Ikea and Home Center do not have what I need.
Thanks again.
Does anyone know how to get to the sandfalls on the way to Hatta?
Can you see them from the road or you have to make a turn? If so, is there any sign?
Thanks.
Hi, I drove by not long ago and there is nothing but a big cardboard sign where the entrance is supposed to be built. But behind and all around it, nothing but sand and dunes, full desert.
