I'm relocating to Dubai in March, and wanted to know some good places to look for flatshare / sublets on-line?

Since I don't have a job yet, I don't want to commit to a permanent apartment--just something to start-off from.

i'll be in dubai for the net couple of months, and had two quick questions-- 1) i'll need to purchase a mobile, complete with a dubai number. where's a good place to find a basic phone with a calling plan? 2) are the free wifi hotspots in the city? are there cafes with free access? thanks so much!!
