Secondly, you said you are on tourist visa and working for new employer. working on tourist visa is against the law, and you are not on employment visa. so, you can leave and join any company...

I think for single lady 15000 is good enough to start a career in new country. You can live comfortable lifestyle with saving in this salary. Regarding part time, if you have confidential clients you can take care otherwise it is not legal to look after the job.
