entry visa means if you are on arrival visa without your company applying employment visa. then no need to go for medical. Only after getting employment visa you have to do medical.

Then you cannot enter the UAE if your visa is expired the day before you enter. Tell your sponsored company to cancel the visa and apply new visa. Or else you enter the country day before the expiry of the visa.

geniusguy , If you have an offer Dubai company, ask Dubai company to apply visa first then send you the copy of the visa. You can enter UAE only with the visa. After you enter you have to go for medical then visa stamping. Its reverse rule like saudi visa.
