Car Registration Renewal Payment Doubts

Hi All, Recently I have been to the Tasjeel/ RTA for my car registration renewal. I have been asked to pay AED 345.00 for Registration Renewal and AED 210.00 for a Parking Violation Fine. I really don’t understand their Charge Amount Details. Please help me with that. The Charges are as listed below...
