Its very hard to rely on such witness testimony, I've seen many children who at a glance look like that. Infact one of my friends daughter looks similar too.

Although I do hope its investigated and eventually she is found where ever she is.

Kids are not for everyone. As been demostrated through many news reports the most recent one being potheads letting their infant smoke pot from a bong ! Other one I can remember naming one of thier kids Adolf in tribute to the great furher ! Kids being left locked in a car while dad watches a movie ...

I think if the parents did, not ruling it out though. I think they would be more than happy for the media attention to die down by now instead of keep going at it.
