ok personally...i would never let them retain my passport...even if this was my dream job...as you are well aware its highly illegal to retain passports but employers still do it blatently...then again...it's how bad you want the job and if you are ok to face the consequences...but Ian's advice is t...

Aikido is a great martial art, but there are aggressive forms and less aggressive forms of the art as well. Steven Seagal is a Aikido expert and uses Aikido holds and throws in his movies (but please don't judge Aikido by the quality of SS's acting!) I did an introductory course in Aikido in the UK...
