it will be after work...between 6:30 till max 10 30 at night...will coming to that after we decide on the DATE...one thing for sure...its not going to be during working hours...

Perhaps it is getting more complicated than it needs to be. I thought Thursday August 27th 10:30 was ok for most (you'll never be able to agree on a date that works for all). This is over a month advance warning so that plans can me made accordingly. A few may not be able to make this one race but ...

give it a couple of days...if majority decides thursday 27th august...then we tackle the timing...
