to answer your question more specifically...paan is usually used as a mouth freshener...but it does not have any herbal or good qualities...in fact its a dentists nightmare and i highly DON'T recommend it...unless you wanna taste it for the heck of it...

you are right about the beetel leaf...but combined with all the nuts/additives/sugary stuff...dang...i only have it once or twice a year...but it does taste great!! and i could easiy get addicted to it...

that is a noble thought...my brother is flying all the way from canada to carribeans and he's already got his flights booked...but guess what...all the hotels have almost been booked already...can you believe that!!!

i own a gibson les paul '67 sunburst...will find out for you where in dubai you can purchase good quality guitars...though i doubt there are any authorised dealers for les pauls here in dubai...will post with the info soon...
