Try Sharaf DG if you dont mind paying a little more. They should also have the replacement filters and no problem with returns.

You may also ask for Acid or H+ blockers. They tend to help in the healing process because they dont allow for more damage to be done.

If you can sell it in the US...you might get a better deal. Getting it here takes about $2500. Once here...you have to find the market to sell it. Otherwise...see if Carmax will take it. You may end up getting a better amount for what its worth.

DHCC is a location like any other real estate property. There is City Hospital there which is a private hospital and is supposed to house some of the best doctors in Dubai. Go check it out. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
