Does it really happen that much in Dubai? I don't live in Dubai, but I might want to move there maybe one day but I have been reading a lot about this. Is it true? Are there a lot a bars and clubs there too? I am surprised since it is a muslim country. Don't the police do anything?

I am going through the exact same thing right now, it's really really hard to deal with. Especially now since it's still recent for me. I just hoping time heals wounds and everything happened for a reason. I know it happened for a reason but it's just hard to see the reason right now.
