Philippine Consulate offers Photography classes every weekend, every Friday I think.. There is a membership fee of 100dhs (not sure) plus a fee of 15dhs for every class.. you also need to bring your own camera.. i am not sure if the class is ongoing.. i suggest u contact this number for full detail...

sorry i kept saying arab muslims ,, in fact he speaks to all people ,, but you know his lectures are in arabic ,, but they are on CDs ,, and there are translations to english . any body might connect them on the website and ask about it ,, i think that they might provide it in other languages also .
