Hi, I wonder if anyone can help. I'm looking at getting an off-road bike to have something to do at the weekends. I don't have a UK motorbike licence, but when I converted to a UAE licence, on the reverse, it lists 'motorbike' as one of my permitted vehicles. Is this permission a limited permission ...
