i dont really think plate numbers and the speed at which someone drives makes a difference...

people who drive fast do so for various reasons - not because they have a 3 digit license plate

So many meaningless words, so many bubbles... So many foreheads broken when trying to crash the wall... So many last words... So many "boxed" existences... And somewhere there is a woman - lonely, scared, in pain, separated from her beloved child... And she knows she hasn't seen the worst...

I definitely think this a good move on their part and has been long overdue. The youth of this country (both local and expatriates) in general seem to have no firm grasp on time-management, responsibilities or even how to be independent - taking what they are given for granted.
