Im already studying Hebrew, so that knocks one off my list. Italian, just because its such a lovely language -- so full of life. its very very very easy. i was able to carry on a conversation without troubles in about 2 months. i figured it was since i knew arabic, since there are many words that very similar. you shouldnt have a problem with it. its much simpler than french.
