Given the number of buildings in Dubai, let's say the buildings were half occupied how would the residents find the parking places for their cars? From what I've seen the underground parking isn't enough.

I'll wear it in Dubai. I'll also have it made there when I visit again. I don't think I would entrust a UK tailor with making an Arab piece of clothing.
