I'm still waiting for all the hazard light users to rip apart my argument for keeping them off except for emergencies: It will make a difference to the guy going 35 kph instead of 30 kph, or travelling 10 car lengths behind you instead of 11 car lengths. When you stop suddenly for whatever reason, y...

If you suddenly stop your brake lights come on. It was said earlier. Brake lights come on whether a car is slowing down gradually or suddenly stops. They serve a different purpose to hazard warning lights. You really don't get it do you? I'm tired of this argument, I win. Bravo. I wasn't trying to ...

Yes hazard lights warn you something happened that you may not be aware of. If you need someone to swit...

If you are driving along at 80km/hr in fog with no problems at all with your hazard lights flashing, how do you plan to warn the vehicle behind you in the unlikely event that there is an incident in front of you??? Yup. A question that the hazard light users have failed to answer satisfactorily, or...

bonk, the law above is fedral australian traffic law, proven to be perfectly safe, and is the law that MAKES SENSE... anyone that thinks it doesnt make sense must question their logic So it is. If I get a job for a company and get my sponsorship/visa through the job, who else can come in on my Visa? - my children - my husband? Re: Is this Salary enough ? Moving to Dubai from New Zealand

They have offered 197,000 AED yearly. This is inclusive of accommodation, fuel and car allowance etc. About 16,000 per month. Sounds not bad in NZ dollars but if you have to pay for accommodation yourself, that leaves you with with approximately 0 dhs per month for everything else. Maybe 2000 dhs p...

When does your company plan on giving you your passport? It's in their interest to cancel your visa no matter what you do - they get problems with new visas if previous ones aren't cancelled. You could leave your bank account open, as long as the company doesn't tell them you're leaving (usually the...

Re: Input regarding car purchase - form and function

1. GCC specs for older cars have better ac. For newer cars may not be much different. 2. Parking easier with smaller car but it's not that big a deal. 3. Red for sport cars, black for limousines, metallic for better price. Black cars get hotter in sun. 4. Don't bother with diesel. 5. Japanese, Merce...
