Commuting is tiring but doable. I used to listen to audiobooks a lot - made it much more tolerable. Starting from Dubai clock tower is a drag, coming back especially will be slow. Move to Jebel Ali. There's a few other topics in here about the Dubai Abu Dhabi commute.

If you want to set up as a counsellor, you should also check with the Ministry of Health - they regulate anything health / medical related.

Are you sure you have an investor visa? It sounds more like a residence visa for property owners. Residence visa and work permit are two different things (here's more about Dubai visas). To work, you need permit from employer or trade licence if you set up your own company.
