Two important issues I see: 1. No clarity what actually 30% tint means. I know, that some workshops/dealers claim that it is VLT - but I highly doubt that they know more about it for real than any of us. However, it would be logical to implement a minimum 70% VLT tinting rule for the safety reasons....

And what I meant :) is that 30 pct tint is not an obvious term. It's ok to have a certification of the 30% VLT - but hey, the police can always say that it was a misunderstanding and a minimum of 70% VLT is allowed. Fine and much hassle is to follow. Am I too pessimistic? I doubt. How about the FWS?
