Hi All, I am from Mumbai I am a bachelor with 3 years of overall IT work experience, I am being offered a pay package of 15kAED per month which they say is a CTC . (includes everything i guess) Currently i am working in one of worlds largest IT company and it pays Rs 30k per mnth, So my shifting wud...

What do you think how much should i quote...like 20K-25k is good??
