company in Dubai offerred me job and the salary of 18000AED which was confirmed and accordingly a agreement was also signed. Then my papers were processed and i got the employment visa by mail. Then they made me wait for app. 15 days saying they are not getting air tickets for me due to ID holidays....

I have a clause in the agreement that if i want to leave my company within my contract period of 3 years then i have to pay a compensation of 1 months salary. In such a case am i entitled for a noc from my company aftering paying the compensation leagally ?

According to the law if the emplyer terminates my job within the probation period for whatever reason .... so i still need the noc to get another job in dubai ........ and what are the chances of getting the noc if that is the case.
