I do the following: 1. Sending sms to friends and lovedones 2. I listened to music or sometimes arabic prayers or whatever the taxi driver have in his sound system. I am not a high maintenance passenger, you only need to drive carefully and i will stay calm & less demanding and would even listen...

Lan Kwai Fung, near Lamcy plaza is really good for Chinese.

Ok my last deal is a wedding beside al Khor area, opposite to Municipality building !! It can accomodate around 200 people I guess, there is a nearby cafeteria, so food wouldn't be a problem. I can use the black suit I purchased last year, I will be generous and buy u a wedding dress from Day-2-Day...
